Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Program Manager to lead and manage customer migrations to our patient engagement solution platform. This role requires strong Enterprise program management expertise, experience with health systems and provider technology solutions, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and timely migrations while delivering exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program Leadership: Own the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of multiple concurrent customer migrations to the Patient Engagement Solution with IVR integration.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the migration process, ensuring proactive communication and managing expectations.
  • Migration Planning: Develop detailed migration plans including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with product, engineering, customer success, operations, and technical support teams to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Integration Management: Oversee configuration, testing, and deployment, ensuring functionality aligns with patient engagement goals.
  • Quality Assurance: Establish migration standards, conduct readiness assessments, and ensure compliance with healthcare industry regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
  • Issue Resolution: Identify, escalate, and resolve migration-related risks, issues, and dependencies in a timely manner.
  • Continuous Improvement: Gather customer feedback post-migration, analyze performance outcomes, and recommend enhancements to improve migration processes.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field. Master s degree preferred.

Experience:

    • 10-12 years in program/project management, preferably in healthcare technology or SaaS implementations.
    • Proven experience managing patient engagement platforms or Contact center projects.
    • Strong track record of managing enterprise-level customer migrations.

Skills:

    • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
    • Strong understanding of IVR technologies, patient engagement workflows, and healthcare compliance requirements.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
    • Proficiency with program management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet).
    • PMP, PgMP, or Agile certification a plus.
