On of our clients is looking for the position of Desktop Support based on following skills:
The client staff to maintain a working knowledge of our internal computer system. The technician will be in charge of repairing and maintaining thousands of desktops, laptops and other PC devices. They will also be installing new PC's and laptops to replace end of life cycle equipment. The technician will be doing those tasks while maintaining inventory and properly disposing of out dated equipment by recycling those items per policies. The technician will also maintain and close work orders in the ticketing system. The technician receives oversight from the Field Tech Manager to ensure that policy, procedure and methodology are being followed.

Interview Process: In-person interview required.
Candidate MUST be a WI resident or willing to relocate to WI prior to starting the role at their own expense. 100% On-site. This is an in-person job with no remote work. Candidate must have ability to work a flexible schedule and days lasting longer than 8 hours
Additional details: The candidate will need to have the ability to carry 50 pounds and stand for up to 8 hours. This may not be required daily but is a requirement.
This position is looking for a person with good desktop trouble shooting skills and great customer service. Any AV integration experience is a plus for candidates. They will be based at Washington, Madison, WI however this tech will also be working at the facilities assisting the regular field tech with project and problem tickets once every few weeks. When traveling to client facilities the tech will be paid mileage .51 cents per mile and their hourly wage for travel time or they have the option to drive a state vehicle (If the candidate has a good driving record). When working at CO they are not paid mileage and for travel time. The tech has the option to work 4 ten hours days with Friday offs, to work 5 eight-hour days or could also work 9 day 9 hours two-week schedule with one Friday off per two-week time period.
The successful candidate may have to undergo a drug test and background check.
