Job Details
MUST HAVES:
3 5 years of hands-on experience supporting PC hardware, Windows OS, servers, and networking equipment
- Experience with Windows Server environments, virtualization (Hyper-V, VMWare), and Active Directory
- Strong customer service mindset with clear communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think critically and solve problems independently in dynamic, on-site client settings
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent work experience.
- Strong SQL experience (has to be able to write/create queries)
- Experience with Windows Server.
- Experience with AD (Active Directory) and Ms 365.
- Experience in Autopilot for Windows device deployment.
- Proficient with technologies and cloud services, such as Azure, Office 365, and SharePoint.
