Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Azure DevOps Engineer with hands-on expertise in Copado and Azure DevOps to support the secure and efficient delivery of software solutions in a regulated environment. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to implement robust DevOps practices supporting enterprise-level software systems.


Key Responsibilities:

CI/CD Pipeline Development & Management

Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.

Automate build, test, and deployment processes.

Collaborate across development, QA, and operations to streamline delivery.

Mentor teams on DevOps and Agile practices.

Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

Manage infrastructure with tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.

Support hybrid cloud and edge computing environments.

Ensure infrastructure is scalable, reproducible, and standards-compliant.

Agile Project Management

Manage Agile work items (Epics, Features, Stories, Tasks) using Azure DevOps Boards.

Work with Product Owners and Scrum Masters for effective sprint planning.

Maintain custom workflows, templates, dashboards, and reports.

Security & Compliance (DevSecOps)

Embed security into CI/CD processes to support a DevSecOps model.

Ensure compliance with industry and security standards.


Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

3+ years of experience in DevOps or similar roles.

Proficient in Azure DevOps and scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python).

Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.

Familiar with Agile methodologies and project tracking tools.

Experience in the utility or energy industry is a strong plus.

Knowledge of compliance frameworks (e.g., NERC CIP, ISO 27001) is preferred.
