Role-Mid Level Recruiter

Location: Reston, VA (Onsite | Full-time)
About the Role:
We re looking for a driven, go-getter Mid-Level Recruiter to join our team in Reston! You ll manage full-cycle recruitment across all divisions sourcing top talent, leading hiring processes, and helping us build incredible teams.
What You'll Do:
 Own and manage end-to-end recruitment
 Partner with hiring managers to define role needs and candidate profiles
 Proactively source talent via LinkedIn, job boards, and networking
 Screen candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit
 Coordinate interviews and guide hiring decisions
 Lead offer negotiations and close top talent
 Maintain ATS data and generate recruitment reports
 Build strong talent pipelines for future needs
What We re Looking For:
 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
 Strong sourcing, communication, and negotiation skills
 Experience recruiting across multiple business functions
 Hands-on with ATS platforms and data-driven recruitment
 Energetic, self-motivated, and ready to own the hiring process
