Description
We are looking for a skilled Help Desk Analyst II to join our team in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. In this Contract-to-Permanent role, you will provide technical support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will bring mid-level experience, strong communication skills, and a customer-focused approach to the position.
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive technical support for hardware, software, and network systems, addressing user issues promptly and with attention to detail.
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to Windows Intune, Active Directory, and desktop environments.
Manage trouble tickets using a ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and accurate documentation.
Assist with configuration management and deployments to optimize system functionality.
Support users with device setup and maintenance, including Apple and Android devices, Mac computers, and PC hardware.
Conduct basic and advanced troubleshooting for network and hardware problems to maintain seamless operations.
Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and share technical expertise.
Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing concerns with a positive and solutions-oriented attitude.
Follow organizational guidelines to maintain a detail-oriented workplace environment.
Adapt to coaching and direction, demonstrating a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical support or help desk role.
Proficiency with Windows Intune, Active Directory, and desktop support environments.
Strong understanding of computer hardware, configuration management, and network troubleshooting.
Experience with Apple and Android devices, Mac computers, and Cisco or Citrix technologies.
Ability to utilize ticketing systems for trouble ticket management and documentation.
Outstanding communication and customer service skills, with a focus on problem-solving.
Coachable and adaptable, with the ability to take direction and work collaboratively.
Commitment to maintaining professionalism and adhering to workplace guidelines.
