Neos is Seeking a PeopleSoft Payroll Functional Consultant for a contract role for with our client in Austin, TX.

SNAPSHOT VIEW OF REQUIREMENTS:
Extensive experience specifically in working with the following Oracle/PeopleSoft module: HR/Payroll
Prefer candidate with extensive experience:
o Implementing the module in a multi-tenant environment, where multiple Agencies (Companies) operate separately within the same database
o Setting up configurations for new entities;
o Performing conversion processes
The client is currently utilizing PeopleSoft version 9.2 for its Onboarding efforts with State agencies.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Eight (8) years of experience in each of the following areas:
1. Process or systems analysis and design work for ERP related systems.
2. Developing functional specifications.
3. Performing requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
4. Documenting functional designs; and
5. Developing test scenarios and scripts, performing system testing, and documenting results
Four (4) years of experience in each of the following areas:
1.Configuring PeopleSoft for new entities implementing Payroll.
2. Working with application end-users to prototype PeopleSoft in a workshop setting.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
Experience working with Texas state government processes, policies, and procedures.
Experience with Texas CAPPS PeopleSoft HR/Payroll implementations and production support.
Experience working within an environment with a managed service provider.
Experience implementing the ELM module in a multi-tenant environment where multiple Agencies (Companies) operate separately within the same database.
Experience performing conversion processes.
