Want to work with highly motivated individuals that come together to form high performance team? Come join WWT today! We are looking for a Project Manager to join our ATC Lab Services team.

Why should you join the Lab Services team?

You will play a key role on a team dedicated to supporting customer and OEM testing engagements in the ATC. You will be exposed to all of the innovation the ATC ecosystem has to offer and will become a trusted advisor to WWT account teams, and our customers.

What will you be doing?

This resource will be responsible for managing and supporting a variety of customer lab projects and programs in the ATC (Advanced Technology Center).

About the ATC: The ATC is a collaborative ecosystem to design, build, educate, demonstrate and deploy innovative technology products and integrated architectural solutions for WWT customers, partners and employees. With it, we've helped our customers do amazing things.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Act as Single-Point-of Contact and be accountable for optimal customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources for the successful execution of projects.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget within established variances.
  • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Develop detailed project plans to track progress.
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
  • Document project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.
  • Manage the relationship with the project team and all stakeholders.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Located within the St. Louis MO area
  • 2+ years of Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, preferably with a focus on storage, networking, security, and cloud technologies.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with storage technologies, networking protocols, cybersecurity frameworks, and cloud platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and guide teams through transitions.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Demonstrate a high-level of customer care.
  • Possess adequate interpersonal (soft) skills
  • Critical thinking and problem solving
  • Excellent decision-making and leadership capabilities
  • Crisis management & conflict resolution experience
  • Adaptability, empathy
  • Good understanding of project management tools (CA Clarity & MS Project) and processes to perform duties
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Salesforce, and Tableau
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal/external customers
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Demonstrates proficiency in project-related finance management
