In this role, you?ll work closely with the Head of the Enterprise PMO (EPMO) to drive and enforce project management excellence across the organization. You'll play a critical role in executing strategic initiatives, managing high-impact projects, and helping shape and evolve the EPMO?s processes, tools, and standards. From guiding project managers to ensuring alignment with business goals, you'll be at the center of transforming how work gets done.   • Lead and manage the Enterprise PMO (EPMO) and strategic project initiatives.
  • Oversee large-scale, cross-functional projects from concept to completion.
  • Define project scope, success metrics, and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Promote and enforce project management best practices across teams.
  • Mentor and develop project managers, ensuring strong execution and process compliance.
  • Track and report on project portfolio health, KPIs, and risk mitigation plans.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership, business units, and vendors for seamless delivery.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project and SDLC methodologies.

  • Bachelor?s Degree in Business, Information Technology or related technical field.
  • Ten or more years of hands-on technical experience in information technology or related field.
  • Strong understanding of project management frameworks and SDLC methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
  • Experience working within or alongside a Project Management Office (PMO), ideally in a governance or process improvement capacity.
  • Proficiency with project portfolio tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, JIRA, or similar platforms).
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and enforce standards across diverse teams and senior leadership.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in developing and tracking KPIs, dashboards, and risk mitigation plans.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Comfortable training, mentoring, and guiding project managers and team members.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Over ten years of hands-on functional experience in information technology or related field
  • Over ten years of hands-on supervisory experience in information technology or related field
  • Over ten years of project management experience with demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects at one time.
