Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Supply Chain Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of SAP supply chain projects. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules, strong project management expertise, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end SAP supply chain implementation projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budget constraints.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, utilizing Agile or Waterfall methodologies as appropriate.
• Coordinate with SAP functional and technical teams for configuration, customization, and integration of SCM modules (e.g., MM, PP, SD, WM, EWM, and IBP).
• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies.
• Monitor project progress, prepare status reports, and communicate updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing), manage change requests, and ensure successful go-live and post-implementation support.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within supply chain processes, leveraging SAP best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8-10+ years of experience in project management with a strong focus on SAP Supply Chain implementations.
• Proven expertise in SAP SCM modules (e.g., MM, PP, SD, WM, EWM, IBP).
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including procurement, planning, inventory management, and logistics.
• Solid project management skills with experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or SAP Project Management certification is a plus.
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Experience working with global teams and managing large-scale ERP implementations.

Preferred Skills:

• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Knowledge of data migration, interface design, and SAP Fiori applications.
• Familiarity with supply chain analytics and reporting tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
