THIS ROLE IS FULLY ONSITE , MONDAY TO FRIDAY, IN MIAMI, FL!

The role requires strong leadership in Agile software development, experience managing external development partners, and expertise in transitioning development from an onshore to an offshore managed services model. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence, ensure efficient and high-quality project delivery, and align technology initiatives with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee plans while working with peers and stakeholders across lines of business, to ensure that a business architecture and roadmap is developed to address the needs and strategy of both business and technology
  • Define and lead the data governance processes, including the creation of IT Business Intelligence team
  • Staying up to date with industry best practices to educate clients and internal teams on the advantages of various design and implementation options to meet business and technical requirements
  • Lead a large team of developers, business analysts, enterprise architects, solution architects, and QA testers
  • Oversee IT infrastructure management, ensuring system stability, security, and scalability.
  • Initiate, plan, execute, control and close out each project or program from a business perspective, including co-ordination of cross-project and cross-department resourcing within established timelines
  • Continue to refine departmental performance metrics in line with Service Delivery direction and oversee delivery of key performance indicators including achieving quality service and client retention targets
  • Maintain a good working knowledge of current infrastructure and industry trends with in the distributed infrastructure area of focus
  • Conducts technical deep-dive sessions with vendors and executes short proof-of-concept efforts for business and IT
  • Partners with VP-level stakeholders across multiple brands to advise on business impacts to technical solutions
  • Coordinate and plan the overall program including pre-requisite projects, parallel interfacing source system projects across the enterprise
  • Take accountability for project success including on-time, on-budget, high-quality targets
  • Develop and define a structure and operating model for the program
  • Leads design discussions of issues, enhancements and projects, providing SME / technical expertise of the eCommerce platform

Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of related experience of managing support services, project management, or program management experience
  • Hands-on experience supporting midsize to large corporate environment
  • Drive Agile teams to deliver analytics features in the enterprise-grade software products
  • Advanced knowledge of multiple related IT functions
  • Advanced level knowledge of enterprise SaaS, PaaS, IaaS solutions and other related cloud technologies (Azure, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, SAP)
  • Strong executive communication skills (verbal/written) and ability to work across the organization and interact/influence/negotiate effectively at all levels of management and peers through both personal interactions the creation and delivery of effective presentations
  • Bachelor s/Master degree in computer science, information technology or a combination of education and experience required
