| Detailed JD *(Roles and Responsibilities) | Plan, coordinate, and execute release activities for PLM application deployments, upgrades, and patches. Collaborate with project managers, functional/technical consultants, development teams, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless release cycles. Hands-on experience managing cutovers and go-live activities for PLM applications (Teamcenter, Enovia, Windchill, or equivalent). Oversee release governance, approvals, and compliance with defined processes. Identify potential risks in release activities and develop mitigation plans. Track release progress, provide status updates, and ensure timely communication to business and IT leadership. Conduct post-release reviews and drive continuous improvement in release processes. Work closely with change management and support teams to ensure smooth handover to operations. Familiarity with ITIL processes (Release & Change Management). |
