RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Data Analyst in Long Island City, NY.
Summary:
In this role, you will support product teams by delivering actionable insights, analyzing complex user behavior trends, and surfacing opportunities to improve the customer experience-especially within the airline and loyalty space.
REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
* Experience with FullStory, Adobe Analytics, Quantum Metric, or similar digital analytics platforms
* Experience working with or analyzing Loyalty Programs (airline, credit card, hotel, or eCommerce) is a plus
* Expert-level SQL skills; Hands-on experience with Snowflake strongly preferred
* Proven track record of supporting product teams with data-driven insights
* Proficient in Tableau for data visualization and dashboard development
* Comfortable in fast-paced, collaborative, and remote work settings
* Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset
* Previous experience in the airline industry is a strong advantage
Nice to Have:
* Experience with behavioral analytics and A/B testing
* Familiarity with complex or large-scale data models
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
