Job Title: Salesforce Product Manager
Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid )

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Salesforce Product Manager to lead the development, enhancement, and optimization of Salesforce-based solutions across business units. This role will work cross-functionally with technical teams, stakeholders, and end-users to define product roadmaps and ensure successful delivery of Salesforce features and integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define, prioritize, and manage the product roadmap and backlog for Salesforce initiatives.
- Serve as the product owner for Salesforce features including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and custom applications.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather and document functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Collaborate with Salesforce Developers, Architects, and Admins to deliver scalable, efficient, and high-quality solutions.
- Drive Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, grooming, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ensure alignment between IT and business strategy, delivering value through innovation and optimization of Salesforce capabilities.
- Monitor platform performance, adoption, and user feedback to continuously improve functionality and usability.
- Manage UAT testing, release management, and change control processes.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Product Management or Business Analysis, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience managing Salesforce products.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and third-party AppExchange solutions.
- Demonstrated experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Proven ability to gather requirements, manage priorities, and deliver customer-centric solutions.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Platform App Builder are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Vlocity/OmniStudio or other industry-specific Salesforce packages.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Aha! for product management.
