Experience: Minimum 5 Years of CRM (Sales/Customer Insights (Marketing)) product experience required
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of business analysis experience focusing on CRM transformation projects.
- Experience with any CRM to D365 CRM migration projects.
- Experience working with Microsoft D365 CRM (Sales and Customer insights (Marketing) modules preferred).
- Proven ability to document functional requirements, business process flows, and gap analyses.
- Strong familiarity with banking or financial services operations, and experience eliciting requirements in environments with strong compliance and data governance expectations.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with both technical teams and business users.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery frameworks and tools like Azure DevOps or Jira.
