Scrum Master

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Emeryville, CA that is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support multiple teams. This role is ideal for a certified Scrum Master with advanced JIRA automation skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capability to keep complex, multi-team initiatives on track.

Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as Scrum Master for multiple teams, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within scope
* Track progress across internal, vendor, and Salesforce Pro Serve teams, identifying and removing roadblocks
* Create and manage advanced JIRA automations to streamline story tracking, workflow management, and development pipeline movement
* Escalate issues promptly and coordinate cross-team resolutions
* Apply Agile/Scrum best practices, adapting processes to fit team needs
* Leverage automation tools (and potentially AI in the future) to improve efficiency in story tracking and development processes
* Collaborate with stakeholders to align timelines, priorities, and deliverables
* Utilize a basic understanding of Copado for release and deployment coordination

REQUIREMENTS:
* Certified Scrum Master (CSM or equivalent)
* Significant experience in a Scrum Master role (not entry-level)
* Experience working with multiple, distributed teams across organizations
* Proven expertise in JIRA, including building and managing automations
* Familiarity with Salesforce environments and Copado; Direct Salesforce experience highly preferred
* Basic understanding of Copado and its integrations
* Strong facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
* Preference for candidates located in Arizona, Utah, Montana, Wyoming, Northern California, Nevada

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
