Description

Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and updates on IT systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, including those escalated from Level 1 and Level 2 support teams.

Design and implement integration solutions using WebSphere MQ in a complex enterprise environment.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including network engineers and system administrators, to ensure smooth operation of IT infrastructure.

Implement and manage security measures to safeguard IT systems against cyber threats and ensure policy compliance.

Provide expert-level support and guidance on server-to-server communication within large-scale networks.

Enhance IT self-service and automation capabilities, focusing on scalability and efficiency.

Utilize ticketing systems to manage and resolve IT issues effectively while maintaining excellent customer service.

Work with both Windows and Linux environments to support diverse IT infrastructure needs.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
At least 3 years of experience with IBM WebSphere MQ, including troubleshooting and designing integration solutions.
Proficiency in both Windows and Linux operating systems.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively across all levels of the organization.
Familiarity with workflow tools and ticketing systems to manage tasks and issues.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including days, nights, weekends, or split shifts.
Basic understanding of server-to-server communication and large-scale IT network environments.
