Job Title: Senior Sourcing Recruiter (Contract)

Location: Remote (Preferred: Texas)

Contract Length: 6 months

Pay Rate: $35–$45/hour (depending on experience)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sourcing Recruiting to support our talent acquisition efforts in the construction and oil & gas sectors. This is a remote, contract position ideal for someone based in Texas. You will partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to build strong candidate pipelines across all levels of construction and energy-related roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with recruiters and hiring teams to deeply understand hiring needs and role requirements.
• Source, screen, and engage candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, Hirebee, job boards, referrals, social media, Boolean search, etc.).
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for both active roles and future hiring needs.
• Engage passive talent and develop innovative sourcing strategies.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of rsourcing experience with a focus on construction and oil & gas industries.
• Proven ability to source for roles at all levels—from field personnel to executive leadership.
• Strong experience using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred:

• Based in Texas or familiar with the regional talent market in construction and energy.
