Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive DevOps Engineer with hands-on experience in Salesforce (including Copado or other deployment tools) and Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC / B2C Commerce). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, managing release cycles, and optimizing cloud infrastructure to support scalable and secure deployments across both Salesforce CRM and Commerce Cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce and Salesforce Commerce Cloud projects.

Collaborate with developers, architects, QA, and business teams to manage releases and environments.

Implement and maintain deployment automation tools (e.g., Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).

Manage source control using Git and branching strategies for Salesforce and SFCC.

Troubleshoot deployment issues and provide timely resolution.

Set up and monitor performance, uptime, and security of cloud environments (e.g., Heroku, AWS, Azure).

Ensure compliance with best practices for code versioning, change tracking, and auditability.

Provide documentation and training to teams on DevOps practices and tools.

Required Skills:

experience in DevOps practices.

Solid experience with Salesforce (Sales/Service/Experience Cloud).

Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) demandware-based B2C preferred.

Experience using Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, or other deployment tools for Salesforce.

Strong knowledge of Git and source control best practices.

Experience in scripting languages (Shell, Bash, Node.js, or Python).

Familiarity with cloud platforms like Heroku, AWS, or Azure.

Understanding of CI/CD, agile methodologies, and DevSecOps principles.

Nice to have:

Salesforce Certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Copado Fundamentals, B2C Commerce Developer).

Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.

Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., New Relic, Datadog).

Experience with environment management and sandbox strategies in Salesforce.
