Are you a skilled eDiscovery professional with a strong technical background and a passion for legal tech? We're looking for a sharp and experienced eDiscovery Consultant to join a forward-thinking team, working remotely on enterprise-level legal and compliance solutions.

This is a 6-month contract with high potential to convert to full-time employment based on performance and project needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and administer SaaS-based eDiscovery tools across enterprise environments

• Leverage your experience with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Exchange, and Relativity to manage eDiscovery workflows

• Handle data collection, processing, and legal holds in compliance with regulatory and legal requirements

• Collaborate with legal, compliance, and IT teams to ensure smooth operations and risk mitigation

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data exports, processing errors, and case access

Must-Have Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in eDiscovery and legal tech environments

• Strong knowledge and administration experience with SaaS-based tools

• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and Exchange (on-prem & online)

• Deep experience working with Relativity for review and processing

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal oversight

Nice to Have

• Prior exposure to Onna in legal or compliance settings

• Understanding of legal processes, litigation workflows, and regulatory frameworks

• Experience working closely with legal teams or corporate legal departments
