Job Details
We are looking to fill a long-term Contract role as GIS Administrator
Mode of Interview: Webcam
Location: Columbus, Ohio
Work Arrangement: Hyrbid
Shift: EST
Required Qualifications:
- 7 years of experience in data analytics experience and use of large relational databases and related tools (e.g. Excel, Python, R)
- Proficient use of Network Analyst tool within ArcGIS software regularly to calculate correct time and route distance in professional setting
- 7 years of experience in python skillset within ArcGIS environment, especially in relation to automating spatial analysis done (e.g. setting up script)
- 4 years of experience identifying data anomalies
- ArcGIS teaching experience
- 6 years of experience with ArcGIS mapping development including advanced mechanics
- Excellent communication skills (e.g. be coherent when answering questions in succinct manner i.e. incorporating STAR (situation, task, action, and r)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Big Data platform tools such as Hadoop, Hue, or Impala
