Role: Oracle HCM Solution Architect
Location: Remote
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and design integration solutions within Oracle Fusion HCM using APIs and cloud-based tools.
- Develop secure and scalable integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and third-party applications.
- Utilize Oracle HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, Fast Formulas, and HDL for data transformations.
- Work with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and Web Services.
- Architect hybrid cloud solutions leveraging Microsoft Azure and Informatica Cloud (IICS/IDMC).
- Ensure compliance with HR data security and regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers.
Required Skills:
- Oracle Fusion HCM (Cloud integrations, APIs, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, HDL)
- Microsoft Azure Cloud (VMs, Functions, Databases, APIs)
- Informatica Cloud (IICS/IDMC) for ETL and data transformations
- Coding: Python, NodeJS, .NET/C#, SQL
- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP Web Services
