Job Summary:

seeking a Maintenance Repair Worker to perform a variety of general maintenance and manual labor tasks at the Brooksville Operations Center. This position requires both indoor and outdoor work under direct supervision, ensuring proper upkeep of the facility and surrounding grounds.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine landscaping duties and outdoor maintenance

Clean exterior building surfaces, including windows and walkways

Assist in light facility repairs (e.g., changing bulbs, minor carpentry, flooring work)

Operate and clean equipment such as lawn mowers, pressure washers, and ATVs

Support supervisors with general labor tasks and repair preparation

Participate in equipment cleaning and maintenance

Assist with vendor coordination during repair work

Perform other duties as assigned

Required Skills & Abilities:

Basic maintenance and equipment repair skills

Ability to read and follow job-related materials, instructions, and safety procedures

Effective verbal and written communication skills

Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships

Physical ability to:

Lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Stoop, squat, crawl, bend, push, pull, and climb frequently
