Role: Oracle HCM Time & Labor Functional Consultant
Location REMOTE
Duration 2+ years Contract

Note from HM:
Experience more than 12-15+ years will work.
MUST HAVES:
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with clients
- Two or more Public Sector full life cycle projects
- Oracle Cloud Absence or OTL expertise, with substantial hands-on experience in Scheduling
Note: Scheduling experience is often not explicitly mentioned in resumes, so it's important to identify candidates who have worked extensively with Scheduling, particularly in mid to complex Public Sector environments. This experience is usually shadowed under the OTL, Absence or Core HR experience.
