  • Coordinate implementation of schedule updates within IMCS.

Risk & Resource Management
  • Identify and monitor project management-related risks; ensure the risk register remains current.
  • Track staffing and resource plans with the Control Account Manager (CAM).
  • Monitor team performance against schedule baselines and resource forecasts.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 6+ years of direct project management experience supporting complex capital projects ($20M+).
  • Familiarity with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) principles preferred.

  • Experience using Atlassian collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.) a plus.
  • Strong understanding of engineering project life cycles and performance management.
