Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a large-scale Gas Purchase Order (GPO) project implementation, managing complex coordination across vendors, system integrators, and internal teams. This role requires strong leadership in software implementation projects, vendor management, and strategic planning. The Senior Project Manager will oversee end-to-end execution aligned with milestone-based Statements of Work, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met while making critical decisions on configuration versus customization. Additional responsibilities include leveraging AI/Copilot tools for efficiency, supporting QA processes through verification and automation awareness (without hands-on execution), and ensuring seamless integration with ADO workflows.
Must-Have Requirements
Experience managing enterprise software implementation projects.
Strong understanding of configuration vs customization in enterprise systems.
Proven experience with system integrators and vendor management.
Expertise in multi-party project coordination.
Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps (ADO), and Monday.com.
Familiarity with SQL databases and data cloud strategy.
Energy/Gas industry experience (order-to-cash process, billing concepts like P Q, energy products/services).
Knowledge of QA processes, quality verification, and integration with ADO workflows.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $80.00/hr.
