Shift: B - 03:00 PM- 01:30 AM

About the Job:
As a Technician on the Integration Engineering team, you will be part of a diverse and hardworking group responsible for building advanced aerospace systems and facility infrastructure. Your work will directly contribute to the success of cutting-edge aerospace programs and the future of space exploration. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, quality, and repeatable processes.
Responsibilities
Assemble structural, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanically actuated sub-assemblies for aerospace components and systems.
Build structural components to aerospace standards.
Collaborate with engineers to review design concepts and support development testing.
Review, edit, and follow detailed work instructions for assembly tasks.
Plan and communicate complex mechanical installation steps.
Safely handle hazardous systems involving chemicals and/or high pressure.
Adapt to a fast-paced team environment with shifting priorities.
Apply excellent problem-solving skills to technical challenges.
Minimum Qualifications
3-5+ years of experience in precision assembly.
Proficiency in drilling and preparing close-tolerance holes for structural assembly.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and prints.
Experience with standard mechanical tools and basic fabrication equipment.
Background in aerospace, military hardware, or related fields.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of experience in aerospace or related fields.
A&P license or equivalent experience in aerospace system assembly and integration.
Familiarity with pneumatic and hydraulic system safety.
Experience operating cranes, forklifts, and other heavy lifting equipment.
Proficiency with 3D measurement tools and software (e.g., Spatial Analyzer, Verisurf).
Working knowledge of aerospace propellants (e.g., hydrogen peroxide, RP, cryogenics).
Experience with 3D CAD tools (CREO preferred) and GD&T per ASME Y14.5M-1994.
