Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and optimize large-scale data pipelines and ETL processes to support supply chain analytics, forecasting, and operations.

  • Integrate data from various systems including ERP (SAP, Oracle), WMS, TMS, and supplier systems into centralized data platforms.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate supply chain requirements into data engineering solutions.

  • Develop and maintain data warehouses, data lakes, and streaming data infrastructure (batch and real-time).

  • Ensure high availability, performance, and data quality across all data pipelines and platforms.

  • Implement and enforce data governance, security, and privacy standards.

  • Mentor junior engineers, lead code reviews, and drive best practices in data engineering.

  • Contribute to enterprise data strategy and participate in architecture discussions for data platforms and tooling.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.

  • 12+ years of experience in data engineering, with a significant focus on supply chain-related data projects.

  • Strong experience with ETL/ELT frameworks and data pipeline orchestration tools (e.g., Apache Airflow, dbt, Informatica, Talend).

  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and big data tools such as Spark, Hive, Presto, or Databricks.

  • Experience working with cloud platforms and services such as AWS (Glue, Redshift, S3), Azure (Data Factory, Synapse), or Google Cloud (BigQuery, Dataflow).

  • Deep understanding of supply chain processes and data models, including demand forecasting, order management, procurement, and logistics.

  • Familiarity with ERP and SCM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JDA, Kinaxis).

  • Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling (e.g., star/snowflake schema).

  • Proven experience in building scalable, production-ready data systems.
