Job Title: Desktop Support - Level 2
Location: New York, NY

Description:
IT Support experience L1/L2
Working knowledge of Windows 10
4+ years of experience in supporting internal PC and MAC users, including HW, SW, Network, phone, audio/video, etc.
Strong troubleshooting skills
Install, configure, and troubleshoot laptops, PC s, and MAC s.
Mobile device support experience is a plus
Strong communications, troubleshooting and team playing skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Service-Now knowledge is a plus
Great phone skills and ability to work with remote users
