RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Salesforce Administrator in West Des Moines, IA.

Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator to manage and maintain software platforms while developing a digital strategy to meet evolving business needs. This role involves full lifecycle management of the platform ecosystem, working across business units to integrate, configure, and maintain systems for increased efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
* Salesforce Administrator will integrate, configure, and maintain software systems to enhance business operations
* Develop requirements, process flows, and application designs, including testing and deployment
* Create and manage custom objects, reports, dashboards, workflows, and automation processes
* Oversee platform administration, including user management, production support, security, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting
* Implement end-to-end solutions using APEX, Visualforce, Lightning components, and automation tools like Process Builder and Flow
* As a Salesforce Administrator, you will coordinate with internal technology teams for issue resolution and platform updates
* Manage the migration of changes across development, testing, and production environments
* Collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (preferred)
* Minimum 5 years of platform administration and development experience
* Experience in financial services (2-4 years preferred)
* Proficiency in Salesforce technologies (APEX, Visualforce, Lightning) and automation tools
* Familiarity with UI technologies (Bootstrap, Lightning Design System, AngularJS, jQuery)
* Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently
* Willingness to travel as needed
* Platform Developer I or II certification preferred
* Agile methodology experience preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
