Job Title: Sr. Business Analyst
Location: Petersburg, VA (Hybrid 3 days onsite required (2 days optional remote))
Interview:

Job Description:
- Requirements Documentation: Create detailed documentation for business requirements, workflows, and solution specifications.
- Process Improvement: Evaluate and propose enhancements to existing business processes for better efficiency and effectiveness.
- Testing & Validation: Develop and execute test plans and test cases to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Data Analysis: Gather, analyze, and interpret data to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to manage expectations and support successful project delivery.
Preferred Qualification:
- Education: A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
- A relevant Business Analyst certification (e.g., CBAP) is a plus.
