NetSuite Engineer
SUMMARY:
Aeroseal is seeking a highly skilled and motivated NetSuite Engineer to join our team and play a key role in the ongoing design, configuration, and optimization of our NetSuite ERP system. The ideal candidate will have deep functional expertise in NetSuite Implementations, and hands-on experience across core financial and operational modules, including Planning and Budgeting, WMS, Inventory Management, Intercompany Processing, Fixed Assets, P2P (Procure-to-Pay), O2C (Order-to-Cash), and R2R (Record-to-Report) cycles.

SUMMARY:
Aeroseal is seeking a highly skilled and motivated NetSuite Engineer to join our team and play a key role in the ongoing design, configuration, and optimization of our NetSuite ERP system. The ideal candidate will have deep functional expertise in NetSuite Implementations, and hands-on experience across core financial and operational modules, including Planning and Budgeting, WMS, Inventory Management, Intercompany Processing, Fixed Assets, P2P (Procure-to-Pay), O2C (Order-to-Cash), and R2R (Record-to-Report) cycles.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
- 3-7+ years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting NetSuite ERP.
- Strong experience with:
- NetSuite Planning & Budgeting
- Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Inventory and Supply Chain Management
- Multi-entity Intercompany processing
- P2P, O2C, and R2R business cycles
- Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and workflows using NetSuite functionality.
- Experience in NetSuite SuiteFlow, SuiteScript integrations is a must.
- NetSuite certifications (ERP Consultant, Administrator, SuiteFoundation) are highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and support full-cycle NetSuite ERP implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, etc.) to define business needs and translate them into scalable NetSuite solutions.
- Configure and optimize modules including Advanced Financials, Inventory, WMS, Procurement, Order Management, and Intercompany consolidations.
- Drive process improvement and automation in P2P, O2C, and R2R cycles.
- Develop and maintain planning and budgeting workflows, dashboards, and reports within NetSuite Planning & Budgeting (NSPB or NetSuite PBCS).
- Develop and execute best practices for system workflows, reporting, and automation.
- Provide ongoing system support and troubleshooting, acting as a subject matter expert for NetSuite functionality.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors to manage enhancements, integrations, and customizations.
- Ensure compliance with best practices in data management, internal controls, and audit requirements.
- Create end-user documentation and deliver training sessions.

Preferred Experience
- Prior consulting or system integrator experience with NetSuite solutions.
- Experience with third-party logistics (3PL) integrations or eCommerce platforms.
- Familiarity with GAAP, SOX compliance, or IFRS reporting standards.
