A globally leading technology company is looking for a Hardware Validation Engineering Program Manager to join its world-class hardware team. Key Responsibilities:
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define high risk hardware and features that need extensive coverage. This work translates into a validation plan that the engineering team will use to create test plans to run targeted testing during the various stages of development.
Driving daily results, track critical validation metrics and work with engineering teams to point out high risk issues and drive those issues to closure. Participating in company wide channels to communicate validation status, call out critical system issues and communicate critical validation status and recommendation for production.
Key Qualifications:
5-7 years of proven experience in Program Management or Hardware Engineering and engaging in multiple different teams
Directly led product development cycles of Hardware Validation
Leadership skills and ability to engage and drive issues with collaborators
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Self-motivated and proactive with demonstrated critical thinking capabilities
Understands and deals well with rapid development cycles and constant change; remains flexible and calm in the face of uncertainty
Education:
BS degree in Engineering required, Electrical Engineering preferred.
Type: Contract
Duration: 2 months (with extension possible)

Pay range: $ 71.00 - $ 86.00 (DOE)
