REQUIREMENT
- Dynatrace Experience a must
- Design observability to rapidly Client true root cause and user impact, drive incident reduction and improve application availability
- Demonstrate Engineering excellence in Observability, Resilience Architecture, Resilience Testing, and Event/Incident Management across LPL Systems
- Finding opportunities to improve system performance and efficiency, scalability, fault tolerance, and work with peers to drive self-healing capabilities
- Improve overall observability by implementing monitoring, metrics, logs and Service Level Objectives (SLO)
- Identify opportunities and develop AIOps telemetry for applications - deploy proactive sensors, automated monitoring, and alerting solutions by utilizing available tools
- Partner with developers to deploy next-generation telemetry and self-service options
- Fanatically protect customer experience through capabilities and processes that detect and restore system issues as quickly as possible (through telemetry, monitoring, alerting, and both automated and manual recovery)
- Develop dashboards and metrics that communicate and enable transparency into operational KPIs, key risks, and progress

Requirements:
- 8+ years' experience in Operations working alongside strong, high-performing teams
- 8+ years' experience in leveraging Observability and Monitoring tools to derive critical insights and improve Failed Client Interactions (FCI)
- 3+ years' of advanced experience (Certification required) working with APM tools
- High Proficiency in querying and consuming any API and transforming that data into usable metrics for data-driven analysis
- Rotational afterhours, weekend, and on call availability to support our 24*7 platform (incidents and planned/unplanned maintenance)
- Ability to articulate monitoring vs observability strategies, in-depth knowledge of difference industry products and their user cases. Proficiency in conversing about and opinions on modern observability.
- 3+ years' experience with one of: Python, PowerShell, JavaScript
- Strong aptitude in core fundamentals of client/service model computing and ability to quickly on-ramp support and operational insights in cloud/on-prem and hybrid environments
- Ability to craft unique environmental boutique solutions and use of common SRE practices to solve operational problems
- Proven record of strong ownership, drive for results, and sense of urgency on issue resolution and outcomes
- Strategic thinker who anticipates the future, inspires the team to improve reliability that enable delightful experiences at scale
- 5+ years of experience in senior technology roles that span across operations, platform, and engineering, preferably within a financial service or related FinTech firm
- Actively anticipates, identifies, and manages risks within position scope and at the company
- Continual growth in skillsets and desire to evolve and develop new skills as our firm evolves
- High acumen Technologist who has supported their org in driving change across initiatives within and outside direct accountability and evaluates solutions to the most complex business challenges
