Program Manager (Enterprise Agile Transformation Office)

Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid; local or relocate Day-1).

Role: Strategic bridge between client ATO leadership and offshore Agile enablement teams, driving alignment and accelerating Agile transformation.

Key Responsibilities:
-
Data & Governance: Custodian of enterprise Agile transformation data/metrics; back-up for Chief ATO Officer; align objectives with OKRs/KPIs; manage governance for Agile maturity and business outcomes.

Program Execution: Coordinate multiple Agile workstreams; manage roadmaps, risks, and dependencies; orchestrate key ceremonies (QBRs, Transformation Syncs).

Stakeholder & Change Management: Partner with leaders for role clarity and capability uplift; coach senior stakeholders on Agile mindset/lean portfolio management; influence cultural shifts.

Vendor & Offshore Coordination: Ensure seamless collaboration with offshore teams (visibility, handovers, shared OKRs); provide context and resolve escalations.

Must-Have Skills:
-
15+ years Program Management/Agile Delivery, with 7+ years in enterprise Agile transformation.
-
Deep expertise in Agile frameworks (SAFe, Scrum@Scale, LeSS, Spotify).

Strong understanding of Lean-Agile governance, PI Planning, LPM, and organizational change.
-
Excellent communication, facilitation, and influencing skills.
-
Experience with distributed/global teams.

Preferred Qualifications: SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), PMI-ACP, or equivalent; experience managing executive stakeholders/enterprise transformations; exposure to Jira Align, Azure DevOps, Miro.
