Project Overview
A major public sector organization is launching a large-scale digital transformation initiative, implementing a new Solution. This platform will support customer service operations including billing, orders, payments, and multi-channel interfaces (web, app, chatbot, IVR, etc.).
They are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Analyst with a strong background in SAP BRIM to play a key role in the end-to-end lifecycle of the project—spanning design, development, testing, go-live, and post-implementation support. The engagement is expected to run for approximately 30 months.
Job Duties
Lead discovery workshops with business stakeholders focused on billing and revenue processes.
Define and document requirements related to billing and Order-to-Cash (O2C) flows.
Collaborate closely with developers and QA to ensure business requirements are fully met.
Serve as the primary liaison throughout development, testing, UAT, and Hypercare phases.
Participate in integration testing and assist business users with test execution.
Prepare user documentation and deliver end-user training.
Support data validation and assist during system go-live and post-go-live stabilization.
Troubleshoot issues related to system functionality and data post-deployment.
