Job Details

Location: Pittsburgh, PA/ Cleveland, OH/ Birmingham, AL/ Dallas TX/ Philadelphia, PA/ Cincinnati, OH/ Kansas City, KS
Duration: 6 Months (possibilities of extension/contract to hire).
Contract Type: W2 Contract

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive automation framework and automation metrics across the lending portfolio.
  • Drive proper change management process and change methodology across lending project releases. Drive to audit metric and resolve findings.
  • Daily basis engage with team that are low in their automation metric.
  • Educate and work with the team to resolve potential issues. Office hours for automation efficiencies and will be the lending automation expert. Become an expert in PNC change management process and methodology. Ensure teams are driving to a successful release with proper change management process.
  • Could be reviewing metrics and educating and working with teams, examining change requests for proper standers. Office hours will be set up and resource will be the lending change process expert.
  • Tableau reporting and metrics examination.
  • Creating JIRA dashboards and filters report on them
  • Identify gaps and deficiencies and act to approve.
  • Stay connected with automation, tools, change and process centralized team to communicate updates to lending team as a whole.
  • Create and review monthly reporting with CIO and senior leadership on the health of the portfolio, gaps, and action items.

Job Description:

  • Work with QA Analysts and Developers to ensure that all aspects of the system have proper testing coverage and overall system reliability, performance, and quality.
  • Comply with the system development life cycle (SDLC) and project management methodology (PMLC) by participating in scope assessment, risk, and cost analysis.
  • May coach, lead, and mentor other team members.
  • Provide testing management for ongoing projects and future initiatives.
  • Deliver effective and efficient testing solutions by meeting key project milestones and overall project deliverables on time and adhering to development and quality standards.
  • Analyze the testing needs and develop testing strategy and plans.
  • Review and approve test plans, scenarios, scripts or procedures such as database impacts, software scenarios or usability.
  • Review software documentation to ensure technical accuracy, compliance, or completeness and/or to mitigate risks.
  • Ensure application documentation is complete and maintained/ updated in a timely fashion.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills:

  • CI/CD Jenkins pipeline experience
  • Demonstrated ability to write,, execute and maintain automate test scripts.
  • Experience with Agile methodology.
  • Experience with creating and/or executing automation frameworks.
  • Experience with JIRA or similar.
  • Experience with Selenium or similar automation tools experience.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to communicate with senior leadership.
  • JAVA, mainframe, banking domain knowledge.

Education/Experience:

  • High School Degree and Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Relevant field is desirable or equivalent work experience required.
  • 8+ years experience leading quality assurance projects/program
