Description

We are in search of a Jenzabar Administrator to join our team remotely. Working within the industry, you will be tasked with the essential role of managing and optimizing the Jenzabar platform, ensuring its consistent performance throughout the year. This position is based in Asheville, North Carolina, and offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:
Execute and manage biannual system upgrades, encompassing aspects such as pre-upgrade planning, testing, implementation, and post-upgrade evaluations.
Provide continuous support and upkeep for the Jenzabar ERP system, aiming to ensure smooth functionality and reducing downtime.
Diagnose and rectify system performance issues and technical challenges, becoming the primary contact for ERP-related inquiries.
Uphold the ERP system's compliance with organizational security standards and regulatory requirements.
Maintain thorough system documentation, including details of upgrades, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
Collaborate closely with various stakeholders and departments to comprehend their needs and align the system with organizational objectives.
Employ your skills in Business Process Functions, Business Requirement Document, Change Management, Data Migration, Data Integrity, ERP Solutions, Application Upgrades, and Software Upgrades to perform your duties effectively.

Requirements

Proficiency in Business Process Functions is essential for the role
Ability to create and interpret Business Requirement Documents is required
Experience in Change Management is a significant prerequisite for this position
Skilled in Data Migration to ensure smooth transition during system upgrades
Understanding and maintaining Data Integrity is necessary for this role
Knowledge of ERP Solutions is crucial for managing enterprise-wide systems
Experience in Application Upgrades to keep our systems updated and efficient
Proficiency in Software Upgrades to ensure the latest features are implemented effectively
