Position: Technical Program Manager
Location: Seattle, WA (Remote)

Job Description:

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develops, directs, coordinates and executes physical security, building management and building automation systems projects, best practices and plans that advance the Real Estate and Security Operations portfolio,
• Plans and executes activities addressing a variety of issues, including (but not limited to) incident response management covering physical security, equipment security and premise security
• Work with a team of off-site or offshore team members and onsite Subject Matter Experts under an overall plan that covers security implementations from the ground up or as an addendum to existing software and hardware infrastructure.
• Build and maintain positive business partnerships and coordinate with sister teams to deliver the final solution.
• Work closely with Enterprise IT to engineer environments to meet business and regulatory requirements.
• Serve as a security consultant to help project teams comply with enterprise and IT security policies, industry regulations, and best practices
• Works on Issue Log management activities, RAID efforts, task prioritisation, adherence and execution of project efforts
• Writes and manages user stories, tasks and relationships between Epics, Features, User Stories and Tasks.
• Regular Project Management of the efforts where the PM is responsible, to manage the execution of the efforts, remove team roadblocks and communicate status
• Report weekly status on project effort(s) to management and stakeholders
• Schedule and Milestone management and coordinating activities such as milestone approvals, Go/No-Go decisions and solution rollout.

Experience Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree.in Computer Science or equivalent discipline.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify successes and inefficiencies and optimise processes.
• Strong communication skills to communicate status, risks, issues and mitigation plans and a drive for results.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies to plan, execute, and oversee operational projects.
• Ability to work on SCRUM cadence for 2-week and 4-week SCRUM cycles.
• Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple tasks, projects, and priorities simultaneously.
• Clear and concise communications to various teams from management, partner teams and execution/support teams.

Skills and Platform Requirements

• Self-starter with the ability to manage an effort from requirements gathering to post-release verifications.
• Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to work with Caregivers, Operations, Engineering, Offshore, Onsite and Peer Technical and non-technical PMs
• Strong working experience working on Microsoft 365, Power BI, and Azure DevOps
