Position: IBM TRIRIGA Developer / Technical Consultant

Location: Onsite Austin, TX
Type: Contract

Description:
Required TRIRIGA Module Experience

Candidates must have hands-on expertise in the following modules and should be clearly listed on the resume:

1. Facilities Manager

  • Minimum 2 8 years experience
  • Space management, assets, facilities operations, maintenance management

2. Workplace Reservation Manager

  • Minimum 3 8 years experience
  • Reservations, occupancy, hotelling, workplace services

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience working with IBM TRIRIGA software
  • Hands-on experience with TRIRIGA 10 and TRIRIGA Projects version 10
  • Strong background in TRIRIGA development:
    • Data model design
    • Workflows
    • Form/BO configurations
    • UX/UX enhancements
    • TRIRIGA Reporting (BIRT or similar)
    • Integrations (REST/SOAP), if applicable
  • Experience with system upgrades and content migrations
  • Ability to troubleshoot performance issues and optimize workflows
  • Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement
  • Experience in government/public sector environments
  • Knowledge of IWMS/CAFM best practices
  • Experience with TRIRIGA Application Platform upgrades

  • Strong problem-solving ability

  • Ability to work in fast-paced, onsite environment
