The impact you will have in this role:

The Salesforce Product Owner is responsible for translating vision and roadmap into squad deliverables to achieve the business strategy, aligned with increasing value to the client. This is done through handling scope and product backlog in collaboration with the Salesforce squad, Product Manager, and key stakeholders.

The person in this role needs to understand the details, features, functions, and stories within an Agile environment, and align these items to the strategy of an organization. Having access to high-level strategy all the way down to granular details is vital for a Salesforce Product Owner to know. The Salesforce PO won't have all the answers, but they must have the skills to be able to gather this information from SMEs and the customer.

Your Primary Responsibilities:
  • Effectively translates the vision and prioritizes the roadmap to deliver the highest value to satisfy customer needs.
  • Possesses and leverages deep understanding of Salesforce domain, and relevant technologies.
  • Capable of communicating and influencing all collaborators (technology, clients, finance, integration, sales, ops) to consistently deliver the right products and solutions.
  • Brings enthusiasm to the squad by showing passion and dedication to new ways of working.
  • Understands value in building meaningful and trusting relationships.
  • Is committed to continuous improvement and adaptation to embrace change.
  • Seeks and reflects on feedback to advise and drive growth.
  • Exemplifies DTCC's leadership proficiencies for Product Owners by incorporating behaviors and values into daily work, including influencing, decision making and organizational savvy.
  • Exhibits solid understanding of Enterprise Agile frameworks and roles to increase value delivery.
  • Understands and uses applicable work management tools (i.e. JIRA) for decision making and collaboration

Talents needed for Success:
  • Minimum of 6 years of related experience
  • Bachelor's or master's degree preferred, or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of three to five years of Salesforce Product Owner experience within a large enterprise
  • Experience with multiple Salesforce end to end implementations.
  • Must be certified Salesforce Administrator
  • Service Cloud Consultant or Experience Cloud Consultant certification is a plus.
  • Experience in Agile Development and working with multiple scrum teams.
  • Experience working with large cross-functional teams, across multiple time zones.
  • Experience with Jira and AppExchange packages
  • Previous financial corporation experience a plus

The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
