Job Details
Title: Manager Customer Service
Location: Nashville, TN (2 days Remote, 3 days Onsite)
Employment Type: Direct Hire/Perm Placement
Compensation: 120-140k +Bonus
Reason for Opening: This is a greenfield, from the ground up build/integration of Netsuite and Salesforce. Design processes/Systems will need to be identified.

Necessary experience needed for this role:
- Proven experience implementing IVR systems to enhance customer communication and operational efficiency.
- Hands-on experience integrating NetSuite and Salesforce.
- Demonstrated success in optimizing quote-to-cash processes through automation and systems integration.
- Proven experience building or significantly scaling a Customer Success function, including developing processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to drive efficiency and consistency.
