IT Project Delivery Manager/IT Program Manager/Agile IT Project Manager (Work Management / Safe Agile Process)

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager Practitioner to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within budget. This role involves coordinating resources, managing team members, and working with third-party contractors or consultants to ensure successful project outcomes. The IT Project Manager is responsible for defining project objectives, maintaining quality control throughout the project lifecycle, and providing leadership and guidance to assigned teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and oversee IT projects from initiation through completion.
• Coordinate efforts of team members and third-party vendors to ensure project goals are met.
• Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables in alignment with business requirements.
• Monitor project performance, track progress, and ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
• Provide formalized leadership, guidance, and support to project teams.
• Participate in employee development, coaching, and ongoing performance management.
• Apply knowledge of organizational processes and IT practices to solve project-related challenges.
• Analyze problems and evaluate solutions using standard procedures.
