We are seeking an experienced D365 Application Lead with strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
(F&O) to lead the delivery, optimization, and support of our enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will
combine deep functional knowledge of D365 F&O with strong architecture understanding, leadership capabilities,
and proven experience in the insurance or financial services industry.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or related field.
8+ years of experience in enterprise application delivery, with at least 5 years focused on Dynamics 365
F&O.
Strong experience in insurance or financial services processes (policy, claims, finance, accounting, or
compliance).
Solid understanding of application and systems architecture.
Proven track record of leading teams and driving cross-functional initiatives.
Experience with D365 integrations, Power Platform, and related Microsoft ecosystem tools.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred:
Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 F&O or related areas.
