Team Lead Deskside Support Tech

Team Lead Deskside Support Tech

Location: Gloucester, MA

Duration: Fulltime

We're looking for a hands-on Deskside Support Technician to join our onsite IT team in Gloucester. You'll support end-user devices, Zebra printers, VIP users, and basic network issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
  • Install/troubleshoot Zebra printers (ZPL, firmware, connectivity)
  • Handle VIP/executive support requests
  • Basic network troubleshooting (wired/wireless, port activations)
  • PC imaging, deployment, asset tagging, inventory
  • Collaborate with remote teams and maintain documentation

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in deskside or IT support
  • Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and enterprise tools
  • Zebra printer experience preferred
  • Familiarity with networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
  • Experience with SCCM/MDT and asset management

Preferred Certifications:

CompTIA A+ / Network+, ITIL Foundation, Microsoft MDAA
