Team Lead Deskside Support Tech
Team Lead Deskside Support Tech
Location: Gloucester, MA
Duration: Fulltime
We're looking for a hands-on Deskside Support Technician to join our onsite IT team in Gloucester. You'll support end-user devices, Zebra printers, VIP users, and basic network issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
- Install/troubleshoot Zebra printers (ZPL, firmware, connectivity)
- Handle VIP/executive support requests
- Basic network troubleshooting (wired/wireless, port activations)
- PC imaging, deployment, asset tagging, inventory
- Collaborate with remote teams and maintain documentation
Requirements:
- 3+ years in deskside or IT support
- Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and enterprise tools
- Zebra printer experience preferred
- Familiarity with networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with SCCM/MDT and asset management
Preferred Certifications:
CompTIA A+ / Network+, ITIL Foundation, Microsoft MDAA
