Experience:
10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within IT or software development projects.
Solid understanding and practical experience with SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or both).
Proven ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in requirements gathering tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
Experience with modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and documentation standards.
Familiarity with QA and testing processes.
