Job Description:
- Looking for a hands-on SailPoint IAM Developer to join our dynamic Identity & Access Management team, where you'll play a key role in driving enterprise identity security and compliance initiatives
- As a SailPoint Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying IAM capabilities that secure access across systems, applications, and users
Skills & Experience Needed:
- 6+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management with at least 3+ years working specifically on SailPoint IIQ
- Hands-on experience in SailPoint IIQ development including workflows, rules, tasks, policies, certifications, and connectors
- Strong Java and Beanshell scripting skills for developing and customizing SailPoint features
- Experience with onboarding enterprise applications (LDAP, Active Directory, databases, cloud platforms) into SailPoint
- Experience with identity analytics, policy violation handling, and role mining techniques
- Familiar with DevOps/IaC tools for IAM deployments and automations (Git, Jenkins, Terraform is a plus)
- Experience implementing and customizing access request workflows, role-based access controls (RBAC), and identity lifecycle events
- Experience with compliance frameworks (SOX, HIPAA, GDPR) and IAM audit processes
- Proficiency in REST APIs and web services integration with SailPoint IIQ
- Experience with cloud IAM platforms (e.g., AWS IAM, Azure AD, or Google Cloud Platform IAM)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IAM solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ, ensuring scalable, secure identity lifecycle processes
- Customize connectors, implement certification campaigns, and automate provisioning/de-provisioning of access
- Conduct rule development, access policy enforcement, role modeling, and certification setup
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Security, Compliance, Engineering) to align IAM with business needs
- Evaluate IAM models for performance, compliance, and risk mitigation across the identity ecosystem.
