Job Description A fast-growing startup focused on quality management for mission-critical construction and maintenance work, using AI-driven workflows and IoT-integrated systems to ensure tasks are done right the first time. All built on a modern stack including React, React Native, GraphQL, AWS, and DynamoDB, with deep integration into connected industrial devices. This role is a full-time direct hire and is hybrid two days a week in Somerville, MA.
The software you build will help keep industrial job sites safe and efficient not just move data around or tweak UI. We're looking for a senior engineer who's comfortable owning features end-to-end, making smart technical decisions, and helping the team grow. You'll get to work across the full stack using modern tools, have a big voice in how things get built, and see your work make a real impact. They put a strong focus on work-life balance, and because we're still a small team, there's tons of room for growth, learning, and making your mark.

Required Skills & Experience
- 6+ YOE,
- Highly Skilled using JavaScript and React
- Proficiency with GraphQL or Apollo Client
- Experience with Node.js
- Experience with AWS (DynamoDB, Serverless)
- Exposure to React Native
- Experience in startup or small, fast paced teams
- Familiar with offline first mobile applications
- Exposure to IoT, hardware integration, or edge computing
- Background working on safety critical or compliance driven software
- 70% Front End Development
- 30% Backend
- Collaborate with product and design to spec out new features
- Implement front end UI's and mobile app interface
- Build or update API's, services, and database logic
- Participate in code reviews and give/ receive feedback
- Help improve dev op pipelines, testing and internal tools
