Position: Project Manager

Location: Tallahassee, FL (on-site)

Contract

Scope of Work:

  • Oversee overall project progress and ensure timely, on-scope, and on-budget delivery.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure adequate resourcing and alignment with project timelines.
  • Monitor staffing levels across all phases and adjust resources as needed.
  • Ensure all staffing and scheduling activities align with contractual requirements and project deadlines.
  • Document technical and business requirements that can be clearly interpreted by technical staff.
  • Lead projects involving multiple technologies, teams, and business functions.
  • Apply project management best practices, including change management and resource planning.
  • Serve as a bridge between business and technical teams on large-scale software implementation projects.

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in project management, including large-scale software implementation projects and multi-project environments.
  • Valid Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple technologies and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Proven experience coordinating with technical teams, including developers and system analysts.
  • Strong documentation skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into actionable requirements.
  • Deep understanding of web-based application architecture and systems development life cycle.
  • Proficient in project management tools and resource planning methodologies.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
