Job Description:
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements for guidewire policy center and claim center implementations.
  • Configure and customize guidewire policy center and claim center systems to align with client needs.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on the functionality of guidewire systems.
  • Assist in system testing, troubleshooting, and resolving any issues that arise during the implementation phase.
  • Stay updated on the latest features and updates in guidewire policy center and claim center technologies to provide innovative solutions to clients.
Skill Requirements:
  • Proficiency in guidewire policy center and claim center configuration and customization.
  • Strong understanding of insurance domain processes and practices.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into guidewire system configurations.
  • Experience in system testing, troubleshooting, and providing user support for guidewire implementations.
